How to store bubble tea ingredient(material)
In bubble tea shop there are many types of materials, a wide range,there are different method of storage for different species, is different, let's share with you about how to store them.
1. non dairy creamer (Creamer): Creamer (Creamer) easy to absorb moisture, perishable, so large package need to be stored in dry shade.after opening,pls store it in sealed cans or creamer boxed.
2. round tapioca pearls (Black Pearl):usualy black tapioca pearls is vacuumed packaging ,they can be placed in a dry shade. But once open it,pls seal it with plastic bags to keep from spoiling.
3. Fructose: Fructose is a hygroscopic food, fear of wet, heat intolerance, fear of frost. Therefore it need to be stored in the indoor with relative humidity less than 70%and not less than 0 ℃, it will caking because of cold if go below 0 ℃, in Summer the storage environment can’t go higher than 35 ℃, the temperature will be too high of a sugar.
4. fruit juice / jam / smoothies / puree: fruit juice / jam / smoothies / puree with fructose almost four series are high sugar content, so the storage method is also similar. they needs to be placed in a cool, well-ventilated place to prevent moisture, but not exposure to sunlight or near the heat of things.
5. canned food: the storage methods for canned food is same as fructose due to high sugar content. After opening,it is best stored in the refrigerator freezer.
6. Popping boba: after opening,after opening we suggest that popping boba are stored in refrigerator to make it taste good and prevent spoiling.
