Ingredients: egg 2pcs, purified water 450cc, original flavour moji wafflecake powder 500g,white sugar 80g,oil 200cc, flour mixer,wafflecake machine.
Recipe: ① put 2pcs of egg,450cc purifieId water,80g sugar,200cc oil,500g wafflecake powder into flour mixer, at first mix the mixture at low speed for 10secs,then turn to mid speed for 5secs and then high speed for 1min,at last turn to low speed,then the mixture is ok ② warm up the wafflecake machine to 180 ℃(put a little oil on the baking tray,after that, put the mixture(①) on the baking tray,cover the machine cover,after about 3 minutes open the cover,and spread the waffle cake with some longan honey syrup to keep it shine,then finish.
