Ingredients: Orange 2pcs, fructose 60ml, ice cubes 250g
Kits: smoothies blender, long bar spoon
Recipe:
1. Wash and take off the orange peel, cut the orange flesh into small pieces.
2. Add ice cubes, orange flesh and fructose into blender, then blend with high speed for 10 seconds.
3. Stir it with the long bar spoon, and blend for more 20 seconds.
