Healthy Ginger Drinks

Here sharing the recipes of 2 ginger drinks.
A. Mint honey ginger tea
Ingredients: 6 cups of water, 1/4 cup of ginger (peeled and sliced), 3-6 green tea bags, 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, 1/3 cup of honey, 1 lemon
Recipe:
1. Add water and ginger into the pot, cook until boiling remove from heat, then add tea bags and mint leaves, cover the lid stew about 15 minutes.
2. Filtered tea bags, ginger and mint leaves, cool and pour honey and the juice of half a lemon, stir well and refrigerate.
3. Slice the other half of the lemon, put 1 or 2 pieces into the drink, then add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaf.
B. Ginger pineapple iced tea
Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh pineapple (peeled and diced), 1 cup of chopped ginger, 1 cup of water, 4 cups of
free sugar iced tea
Recipe:
1. Put the pineapple dices, ginger and water into the pot , cook with medium heat until boiling, then
transferred to a small fire continued to cook for about 15 minutes, and remove from heat to cool.
2. Pour the mixer and beat until smooth, then use a spoon and filtered mesh pulp, get the juice.
3. Add 1/4 cup pineapple ginger juice into each cup of iced tea, then add ice cubes.
